Refinishing Home
In this video we are walking through a home at which we completed the 1st phase of work for the new homeowners. Ultimately the plan is refinishing of entire home. The work consisted of removing old floor surfaces, prepping walls, drilling holes for pipe and ventilation. Next, painting most of the rooms in the home and installing light and fan fixtures. Also, installing a gas line and vent opening. And, finally installing carpet and porcelain flooring.
