Concrete Driveway conversion

Concrete Driveway conversion

Here we have a concrete driveway that was converted from a sidewalk. First the ground was dug out and then removed. And then the forms were built and set into place. Afterward, the ground was leveled and gravel was laid evenly over it. The gravel was then compacted with a plate compactor. Then we installed the wire mesh and it was all ready for concrete. It was also very necessary to have several people help work the concrete due the speed at which it dries.
