In this Video we are finishing a room in a basement. From rough framing to installing trim and painting the room, we did it all ourselves when we weren’t busy on client projects. We pulled permits for, and had the electrical all inspected before we installed the drywall. Even a vent and additional ductwork were installed for proper air ventilation.
Framing, wiring, recessed lightning, duct-working, drywalling, finishing and painting a room.
In this video we are adding a partition wall and a door in an unfinished basement so that we may then finish a room to be used as a closet.
