Regrading Dirt to Slope Away From Home

Regrading Dirt to Slope Away

Sometimes the best way to correct moisture issues along the foundation is regrade the dirt so that it slopes down away from the property. This causes rain and other precipitation to run down away from foundation.

We have access to all the right equipment to get the job done right. In this photo, we are getting ready to dump another load of dirt.

Saving time and avoiding the backache is very important. Here we have to move the dirt to the back yard with special equipment because there is no alley. Nor is there an entrance big enough for a trailer or vehicle.

Now the dirt is graded to slope away from the foundation. Grading dirt correctly, helps to keep moisture from causing serious mold and other issues.
