When selecting a contractor for your bathroom upgrade make sure to check references. Then make sure that you and your contractor understand each other as far as job details, pricing, and scheduling. In addition, putting the agreement in black and white will save you and your contractor a lot of headaches if things don’t go as expected.

In the above video, we take an old hazardous deck and bring it up to safety standards. First, we eliminated the problematic structure and then put in all new framing members. We also installed joist-hangers throughout the process and made sure to use galvanized fasteners.
